As the newest addition to the JCK franchise family, Dave’s Hot Chicken was stumbled upon by Alex Karcher, who heard about the up-and-coming concept when he was living in Portland, Oregon. The very next week, the family flew to LA for the “Discovery Weekend” for potential franchisees – and loved what they saw!
JCK first Dave’s Hot Chicken location opened in Tualatin, OR and has been offering customers delicious (hot, obviously), Nashville-style chicken throughout the PNW area. With a simple but scrumptious menu, Dave’s Hot Chicken highlights its unforgettable hot chicken recipe with every meal.
